Roslyn supports the ESP department and the Biology Undergraduate Program. She facilitates management of departmental and grant accounts through tracking of budgets and processing of travel requests and reimbursements, purchase requisitions and orders, and office and lab supply orders.

Sharon is the Graduate Programs Coordinator for the ESP Department. She assists the Graduate Programs Director and is the primary liason between the department's graduate students and the College of Science.

Susan is the front desk administrative assistant for ESP. She also performs a range of administrative duties for the Biology Undergraduate Department and AOES, including course scheduling.

Aikwan is the Webmaster for the ESP department and the Biology Undergraduate Program. In addition, she provides administrative support to faculty, staff and students. Aikwan is also the Textbook Coordinator for ESP and BIOL.

Angel's fiscal duties are primarily with the Biology Undergraduate Program, but she assists the ESP dept. chair with departmental meeting minutes, ballots, seminars, retreats and the arrangement of catering events.

Monica prepares the labs for Ecology, Animal Biology and Plant Biology. Also, she maintains the ESP department’s greenhouse. She supervises and instructs lab prep. assistants and greenhouse staff. She also conducts Biology course experiments.
