Graduate Courses
Graduate studies in Environmental Science and Policy is an interdisciplinary program at George Mason University. Therefore, appropriate courses may be found in a number of academic units.
The graduate-level courses listed below either have an environmentally related theme or they have been used as part of an ESP graduate student's coursework plan. This list has been compiled from recent Mason course catalogs and is not intended to be comprehensive OR representative of current course offerings.
Each student should develop an individualized Program of Study to meet their specific needs in consultation with their advisor and the ESP Graduate Coordinator. For current course offerings, consult the Schedule of Classes. The course selections for each category MUST be approved by the student's advisor (and committee as appropriate) before registering for that class. Approval of the program of study is the prerogative of the advisory faculty.
