Guest lecture on the Clean Air Act by Phillip Brooks, EPA – March 19, 2015

Phillip Brooks, Director of the Air Enforcement Division of the Office of Civil Enforcement, United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will be a guest lecturer in Dr. Younsung Kim’s EVPP 362: Intermediate Environmental Policy this semester. He will present current enforcement issues and cases regarding the Clean Air Act at 10:30-11:45am on Thursday, March 19, 2015 in Research Hall Rm. 202. This is directed to any students who may be interested in policy issues or a career at the EPA.
