PhD Candidate Samantha Oester was featured in Women in Higher Education Journal

PhD candidate Samantha Oester was featured in Women in Higher Education, Vol. 25, Issue 9 in September 2016.

The article talks about the IMCC Code of Conduct (CoC) for attendees.  As chair of the IMCC for 2016, Oester was able to make change by implementing a CoC. A few other science conferences have codes, but they tend to rely on an honor system for what is appropriate or inappropriate behavior.
